   I ordered a respirator for an asbestos job, and it had a next day in store collection, 48 hours later it hadn't arrived, I found it cheaper and in stock next door at tool station, so I asked them if I could just have a refund, but I was told until it arrives I can't get a refund on it. I don't understand what that is about. Normally really good service otherwise
