   Rented a fridge freezer and washer dryer for a rental property I own. Then I had to change it because the tenants said too small. I’ve found AZ Rental to be very accommodating and they’ve been ideal for my needs with no hassle delivery, installation and reasonable rental prices. Living far away from my rental property this is a weight off my mind especially for AZ Rental taking care of any breakdowns or maintenance. Also it’s better for me not having to find all the cash upfront to purchase the white goods. Very pleased so far with AZ Rentals and I will use them again for my other properties.

   We rented 3 Flat Screen Televisions for an event we were hosting in January 2020. The service from AZ Rental was amazing from start to finish, I requested their delivery people to call us on the morning of delivery, which they did and when they arrived, everything ran very smoothly, the delivery drivers were very polite and extremely helpful, they did not leave until we were fully happy, it was the first time we had used AZ Rental and we will definitely use them again, its great to find a company that are an absolute pleasure and very easy to deal with. Thank you very much. :-)

   Worst company, I have dealt with. Mickey Mouse company, nice delivery drivers. Ordered a wash machine and dryer. Wash Machine was disgusting had black lines inside and the dryer didn't work. They think it’s acceptable to shout and be aggressive towards you when your 7 months pregnant. But don't like it when you give as good as you get. Complete bunch of Animals especially Neil! After having countless rows with them, my mother called to get the email address for director and the account lady was extremely rude to her aswell. The only person there who had any customer service was Gary! After about 3 weeks and complaining to trading standards, I received a refund.

   My Washing machine happened to break down and I was going to buy a new one. I done a google search and happened to find the AZRental website which explained the benefits of Renting apposed to buying. I did not know it was possible to rent a washing machine any way, I made a telephone call to AZRental and spoke to an extremely helpful lady who told me about the service that AZRental offers. She told me how I would be covered with a service where if I was unfortunate that my machine broke down I would be able to have an engineer call out to me within a couple of days of me reporting the fault and if he could not repair it he would replace the machine on the spot and this was all included in the rental price. I decided to take out a contract with AZRental and must say I have been very happy with the fast and professional service I have had so far. Thanks AZ....
