Visited on a whim on Fri 28th Nov and we were treated to 1st class service from both staff on duty, unfortunately we didn’t get names. Excellent recommendations and great knowledge resulting in a purchase of a 6 mix and a bottle of cognac. A very pleasant experience.
Excellent selection if beers and wines. Extra friendly staff. Have to shout out Taylor for walking me through red wine especially as someone who has no idea about it. Her recommendation, "Toast & Honey" was brilliant.
The staff here are great. They are informative friendly and have a great deal of knowledge about the wines. The shop is always clean, well kept and well stocked. There's a great selection and variety of wines, including fine wines, but you can also get some brilliant premium spirits and beers. The tasting counter is always a cheeky bonus to a visit.
Great customer service: I used Majestic Leighton Buzzard to supply the wine for my wedding - very good customer service in every respect. Friendly and attentive staff from the start when we completed the initial wine tasting with a knowledgeable team member, right through to the delivery of the wine for the wedding itself. The wine was also good quality too! Would definitely recommend them to anyone hosting a large event and wanting a reliable and professional service. Thanks Allan, Rhys and the rest of the team.
I visited the linslade store today, I was greeted by very friendly staff. A young gentleman kindly helped me make my selections and gave me sound advice. I recommend Majestic Wines to anyone.
Fantastic service and a good selection of wines from all over the world. They also offer free glass hire - you need to pay a deposit for the glasses but on return the money is reimbursed if the glasses are clean and undamaged
Came here for one of their wine tasting events and had an amazing time, the staff was friendly and the service was amazing. This was advertised as a free event and definitely managed to entice me to going back and purchasing from their again. They also included a hog roast at the event for an additional charge of £6.95 which was a bargain as the portion size was large. The staff are very helpful and have a good knowledge of what they are selling and what the different aromas and tastes are with the different wines. I recommend going into there shop and getting involved with their events they put on. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for any future events they may be putting on.
We used majestic Leighton buzzard for our wedding. The manager and staff were excellent and knowledgeable about all of the wines and prossecco. They were very helpful in organsing the delivery of the alcohol. The buy back option was great also. Can't recommend this lovely team enough
