   I generously give this company one-star but only because I couldn’t give it a zero. Rachel called me quickly enough in response to my email and I paid nearly £60 for a spare part and postage. I was assured it will arrive within a week. Nearly a month on and still nothing received. My emails have all gone unanswered and you can’t leave a message on their phone because their mailbox has always been too full to do so. Managed to get hold of a second number where miraculously I was able to leave a message but guess what... that went unanswered too! It doesn’t seem like they’re trading anymore.

   I bought a small Nano Quad drone at the Spirit of Xmas Fair for my son’s Xmas present and it did not work when he opened it. Having read some of the reviews on here I was concerned at how this would be dealt with but I can’t rate them high enough. I got a quick response from Rachel and having sent this back, they replaced it with a bigger model, the X Cam Quadropter as they were out of stock of the Nano Quad. Hugely impressed and my son is very happy. Thank you.

   I cannot rate the Customer Service high enough. i contacted Flying Gadgets with an issue and the support I received was above and beyond that expected. Unfortunately, some organisations have forgotten what Customer Service is but it was a pleasure dealing with Flying Gadgets and the issue was resolved promptly and it is fair to say they have gone the extra mile. They put much larger companies to shame. I would certainly recommend their products to anyone. Well done !

   I'm not in the business of criticising companies for no good reason but Flying Gadgets is an extreme case. Absolutely dreadful at answering the only phone number they give out. I've been trying to order a spare part from them for over a week now. I ring up at all different times of day and early evening but eventually the calls are picked up by an infuriating female voicemail/answering service. Apparently it makes no difference even if you leave several messages for them to ring you back. I despair. Their customer services appears to be non-existent. Go elsewhere if you can!

2. Conrad MAZE ★☆☆☆☆

   Bought the Ninja Quad x4 small helicopter from Gadget Show live on Saturday 2nd April 2016. The next day it would no longer calibrate and fly, emailed them twice with no response and even called the number shown above. Typical answer machine so couldn't get a hold of anyone as it gave no further assistance. Waste of £20.
