   Went in to Clarks to get my sons feet measured, the staff were amazingly friendly and kind! So very helpful and gave us the best advice, we came out with his 1st shoes & wellies! I cant sing the staffs praises enough! They made my son feel so at ease and he throughly enjoyed his 1st shoe shopping experience! Many thanks to the great team running the store!

   The staff in Hitchin are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the young lady who was so patient when I brought my daughter in for an emergency school shoe shopping trip this week. It wasn’t easy finding something that fit her narrow feet and her style, but thanks to the support we left with great shoes and a happy child!

   I popped in yesterday to return & exchange shoes I bought online. The assistant manager who served me was amazing. She helped me sort out one pair by fitting a liner and also choosing the correct size for another pair. This is a great example of why, the hybrid model of buying online and still being able to go in-store works so well - especially for items like shoes. Keep it up Clarks - you have set yourselves up for success in the future!

   Absolutely horrendous customer service and staff that don’t have a clue what they’re doing.. I travelled from outside the area to get my daughters feet measured and ordered a pair of shoes at the size that Jodie recommended and they are far to big after ordering specially and being delivered to my home. After speaking to the manger over the phone there’s nothing they can do unless I pay for another pair of shoes then return these ones to the store.. no wonder your stores are closing down and people prefer to shop online

   Super friendly service. The shop was extremely busy with new school year approaching. The additional covid related pressures didn't seem to be phasing staff. Queue outside, restricted numbers, people spaced out and then service as normal. Not pushy sales, happy to advise and explained simple process to return if not happy.
