When it comes to "Customer Service" the staff of Hitchin Next go above and beyond to help customers... I do not live in Hitchin, but if I want to shop in Next I purposely make a journey to Hitchin Next... Thank you to all staff members!!!
Very poor service, customers treated with disdain and no sizes outside 8-10
Quite narrow aisles in the store, really bad selection of boys clothes and also little to choose from. The staff are polite but always talks private talk with each other and are super slow, I don’t want to stand and listen to their private conversations about last weekends events
I visited on Feb 7th earlier this Week. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The jeans I needed were upstairs in the correct size and two staff members helped to find other jeans of a similar style too.
Great staff, very friendly and several are exeptionally good. I noticed one providing great and respectful customer service for gender non conforming young customer. Would give them a 10 out of 5, but Next clothing have so few natural fibres garments these days. Hard to shop there if you want to be environmentally friendly.
Just called Next customer service to request Royal Mail return label. What a joke... there's no customer service at all. The I arranged with for Hermes to pick up the sandals that don't fit. And they didn't turn up either. The website says there's only 14 days to retrun the item. How the hell am I supposed to return it, when the stores won't be open until 15/6/20???

Just your regular high street Next. Has rather narrow aisles, which is rather difficult to navigate a buggy / wheelchair down. Most purchases at the till seem to be for their online directory. Be good if they had two desks to deal with this so regular shoppers aren't kept waiting for an assistant to return from the collections area.
