   Excellent service from Halfords - Weedon Road, Northampton. Chris (from Oz) was friendly, professional and very helpful in fitting some xenon bulbs for my car. A bit tricky - as it required a ratchet handle and screwdriver bit. But Chris made it look easy – and was very thorough – offering to check for any other bulbs that may have needed replacing. A very good experience at Halfords.

   Had a new battery fitred today on my classic 1966 Humber Scepter. It turned out to be not a straight forward job as the battery clamp had to be adjusted to hold the new battery. But the two lads who fitted it for me went above and beyond to find a solution. So thank you to Josh and Jack. You provided an amazing service and Halfords are lucky to have you.

   Order accepted and paid for with £5 discount applied to total on Saturday. Collect within an nour text arrived followed a while later by a telephone call to say the item was not available until, possibly, the following Tuesday. I said that I must have it by Friday. An email was received saying that the order has been cancelled! Reordered (and collected straight away) at a different store where discount could not be applied as I'd already used it. Still awaiting the refund. Terrible service!

   This is the second time I’ve ordered on line for collection at this store, and the second time the order has been cancelled on the day after payment has been taken. Thankfully the Riverside store is excellent and supplied and fitted my items. Now waiting for my refund from the original order from this store. My advice, head to Riverside instead!

   Excellent service from John and his team having new headlamp bulbs as one had gone. It was a cold night and the bulbs were hard to remove but John and his team remained friendly and positive all of the time and the bulbs were successfully changed.

   I went to Halfords to have an indicator light replaced. There was a 30 minute wait due to the weather becoming wintery and several cars needing replacement parts. The bulb was replaced efficiently and the cost was very reasonable the cost was much less than my local Garage
