Replaced a battery iPhone 13 mini. Dropped of phone and took a hour to replace battery. The battery is working well and battery life is now similar to when phone was new. Very happy. Very pleased with service and would highly recommend. On first contact gave me a price was a good price and explained potential risk of fitting new battery. When I dropped of phone he again ensured I was aware of potential risks particularly around a cracked screen as significant heat would need to be applied and if there was a weakness screen likely crack. I was having to charge my phone twice a day went ahead with new battery.

I was a little skeptical about this repair shop due to some negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try and I'm really glad I did. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and they had it completed in an hour which was faster than I'd expected. The repair technician was friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. A nice little touch i really like was that they gave me back my phone fully charged, so I did not have to scramble to charge it right away. My phone is working perfectly after repair and I'd definitely return here in the future

Brilliant experience and the guy was so kind and friendly even when giving bad news. I went in as my phone wouldn't turn on one morning so I took it down there. He explained everything so clearly that I was able to understand and even when delivering bad news was so apologetic even though it was not his fault. Would definitely use again if needed and would recommend to anyone.
Took my iphone 11 in for a screen repair today. It was fixed within an hour, and is as good as new! Such lovely people, and a very happy customer!
