   I am writing this review to highlight the amazing customer service I received from this company. I recently bought a refurbished Sony 70-300 e mount lens through eBay. The lens was described as showing signs of previous use but as I would only use the lens occasionally it didn't bother me too much & it was covered with a 12 month warranty anyway. The lens arrived very quickly & when I opened the box it was actually like brand new. What I did notice was the lens hood was missing and the description said it had all accessories. A quick email and a check with their warehouse showed it was incorrectly described. I was quickly offered a solution to the problem & I have to say their customer service was absolutely first class. Responses from Adam were quick and informative. As for the lens itself I managed to test it out and results are excellent. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone safe in the knowledge that in the unlikely event they do encounter a problem there will be no issues resolving it.

   Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!!!. I bought an I phone and it wasn't working, I sent it back ,I haven't had no money back whatsoever!!!! The guy is named Adam and had an email telling me that I sent a sky box bqck to them ,not a phone and when I asked for photo evidence, it wasn't even my nqme on it ,it was someone else's and now he's ignoring all my mails

   Ordered a Bluetooth speaker and it arrived exactly on time and extremely well packed. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews because to my mind people are simply doing their jobs. But credit where it's due - what I ordered came exactly as described. I'm extremely pleased and I'll consider these guys in the future when I'm after something electrical and don't fancy paying full belt.

   My son was bed bound due to an operation and was relying on his ps4 for entertainment. I bought him one with a 12 month guarantee unfortunately it was broken ps4, the company couldn't repair my item, refused an exchange, and failed to refund my money TWICE, Finally got refund after 4 calls, because of there failure to refund I missed Curry's ps4 offer leaving me £40 out of pocket. Their customer services manager's response "what do you want us to do about it you got your money back!!" "call trading standards they will explain why we don't have to give you out of pocket expenses, I know the refund didn't go through twice but you have your money back now, that is all we do".. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
