   Spoke to a Halford employee called Cody about the headlight bulbs for my BMW M140i. He walked me through the process of the bulbs I may need and how they would need to be replaced (unfortunately they weren't able to replace them for me). Definitely knowledgeable in his field and it was a pleasure talking to him. A very valuable staff member to the Halfords team!

   Went to pick up my daughter's first bike and the service was brilliant and quick. Had the bike ready to go in less than ten minutes and it was perfect. I was served by Jonathan Corless and he was amazing.

   I had a headlight go out this week and I was well stressed. I had bought bulbs from Halfords in the past but was not looking forward to fumbling around in the engine bay. I went over to their shop and asked Stuart on the cash desk if they had anyone who could fit a new bulb. He sent Tom out to see what was needed. He checked out the light bulb socket and then selected the correct replacement bulb. He was friendly and reassuring, fitted the new bulb, wished me well, and I drove home with my lights all working!!!! I was relieved and very happy to again have a fully-functional car!! Thank you guys!!

   I would like to thank all the staff at Halfords for their attention, politeness and diligence with helping me choose a stereo system, reversing camera etc for my T5 Campervan.... Special thanks goes to Lee, who fitted everything for me. It wasn't a straight forward job, but Lee kept me informed throughout the 2 day process. Absolute top job... I'm delighted and would recommend Bedford Halfords and especially Lee for any tech / stereo/ sat nav / dash cam etc. Andy R

   Had a poorly Audi A8 needing headlight bulbs replacement. Stuart@Bedford did an excellent job. Showed a great degree of mechanical sympathy that I really appreciated & did not give up, as the car put up a fight. Well done & very helpful additional guidance offered on other motoring related products. Will return if/when needs be. Excellent service. Worth travelling over 200 miles for that alone. TTFN M

   Ordered a set of new headlight bulbs online, with fitting. Arrived at the Bedford store, but the bulbs weren't in stock. Lee, one of the fitters, was quick to solve the problem, change the bulbs and get me on my way. Couldn't have asked for more. Top service and I'm a very happy chappy! Will definitely be back.

   Excellent service! I came in last night and Richard helped me sort out my bike wheel. He helped me and I didn’t feel silly for asking and solved the problem. He advised me on what lights to you and the best way to lock up my bike. Fantastic customer service !
