Genuinely the best customer service I've ever had, it's one employee in particular, and I will follow up once I've gotten his name as he deserves genuinely the highest praise, I go out of my way to get to this shop just due to the service as I've 3 vape shops closer to me than Smoke. But I cannot stress it is worth it, he never pushes to upsell me, but gives genuine thoughts through recommendations. As for the shop itself, the prices are cheap, and the variety of products is unmatched. Couldn't recommend giving this shop a visit more. Thank you.
Very bad customer service from the young members of staff. They have a very limited selection of liquids and have very limited technical knowledge. I have been to the shop with a problem twice and was not given any possible solution and I was told my complaints are rubbish. I cannot speak about the management of the store as I have not met the owner. It's a shame its a nice looking shop and conveniently placed in town but the staff need to learn how to deal with customers properly and offer assistance instead of just reading off a website. Go to Cloudies in high town where the customer service is much better and a warmer atmosphere with a great selection of liquids and knowledgeable staff. Or go to i love vape in the market in the mall. Another excellent shop that has a wide range of liquids and friendly staff.
Lovely customer service and very professional. I am new to vapes and the sales assistant helped me choose the correct one for me and flavour to go with it and I absolutely love it. Will definitely be coming here again
Bought the Uwell Caliburn Koko vape. It's absolutely amazing and I've stopped smoking since! They stock replacement pods that other vape shops don't and have an abundance of e liquids too. I'll be coming here from now.
Take it from me, an experienced vaper. I've been to vape shops left right and centre, none of them have given me the same level of customer service as Faruk Miah gave me today. Honest answers, constructive discussions & good product knowledge. Faruk Miah, it was you that allowed "Make My Vape" get my money today.
