   Ordered a tumble dryer around 830pm Sunday evening, got a call 9am Monday to book in delivery and it arrived just after 10am! First time using them and can see why they have been around for over 60 years!

   Poor experience in this shop. Went to buy a handmixer and was sold a Bosch which doesn't mix cake mixtures properly. It felt like I was being sold something to offload stock . Far better if shop had discussed and ordered something in. Customer service disappointing.

   We’ve bought from O Gormans for years. Last week, our dishwasher packed up. O’Gormans had just what we wanted at a price that beat John Lewis. They arranged a fitter and took the old one away. Today we have a shiny new appliance ready to rock and roll. First class service from a local business.

   When selling products they are very good. I like the fact that you can take away items from the shop the same day. 4 months ago I bought a dishwasher from them, which has now developed a reccuring fault. The only way this can be addressed is for me to contact the company and battle with them over warrantly repair. I now realise that the way small and large retailers operate is the same. It makes no difference whether you buy local or not, when it comes to large appliances. From now on I won't feel bad about buying from a national online retailer. I had hoped for a less 'computer says no' attitude from our local euronics centre.

   Thank you to the team at O' Gormans, for helpful and prompt response, when I needed to replace an electric cooker at short notice. I wanted to find a local supplier but was unable to get to the shop. I phoned and spoke to Pauline (2), who answered all my questions and helped me decide which electric cooker was most suitable. The cooker was delivered and connected in good time. I was given advice and tips on the use of the cooker during the installation. The price was certainly competitive to less local and online suppliers and I doubt I would have received the same level of service.

   Best place to buy your electrical goods. I popped into O’Gormans in Bicester. I wanted to buy a freezer and had spoken to quite a few people who had recommended them. I had an idea which freezer I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure if it was the correct choice. I was given excellent advice and any questions I had was respectfully answered. The freezer was delivered by Mike who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unpacked and placed the freezer where I wanted it as well as adjusted the “feet” making sure it was secure and levelled. Also need to mention (both) Pauline(s) as they both treated me with understanding and respect. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this business/shop.

   Yet again great, fast, friendly service from O’Gormans, Bicester. I needed a new washing machine and popped into the shop. Chose the one I wanted and arranged delivery. There were a few minor issues with the installation, which were sorted quickly and efficiently. Have to give a special mention to Mike and Pauline 2 for their assistance and going above and beyond. Thanks guys! Would always use/recommend this business.

   I needed a fridge with icebox 55cm width. It's 30c outside. I rang in the morning they had what I wanted and although fully booked they delivered before the end of the day. Removed box and delivered to the exact location. Currys and Argos and Amazon were not able to match this local service. Would recommend this service and I feel I will more likely to go to them in future. Big thanks
