   I bought safety trainers there and I wore them for about 5 months, but they did a permanent damage on my right foot. One of the workers said I could bring them and have the money returned but after going again there and bringing them the manager humilliated me saying that my feet were the problem, not the shoes (even if he touched the trainer inside and it had a mount on a side, but he still refused the refund) waste of time to go and horrible experience overall with that manager

   We came in not quite sure what type of screw we were looking for, and the person behind the counter was so helpful and friendly! He got multiple types of screws out for us to try and helped us find the correct one. He wasn't wearing a name tag but it was 12:00 on Saturday and he had a ponytail - he was fantastic!

   Some screwfix stores are better than others. I can't fault the Bicester store good service and organised. Sorted out my refund straight away and funds returned to my bank account within 2 hours and that was via PayPal. Thanks.

   Annoyed.. firstly got signalled by a hand gesture to approach the till. Secondly couldn't or wouldn't advise on my product query. Instead gave me a product catalogue and said I can take it home..... what??!! wasn't even interested in helping me narrow down what page to find the product i was looking for. Had my 3 year old with me so pretty unimpressed with the service.

   Friendly staff who get to know you if you pop in often enough. Quick and easy service making it a go-to place to pick up supplies as you can get back and get on with the job at hand. Free parking outside the store so you can easily pull up and load purchases
