This store is local and every single time I visited where to be honest I might not know what the hell I need, you get advice and sheep service. Never any issues and just great customer service. The staff need to be commended…
The lady my son spoke to has just lied through her teeth, he wanted to buy power steering fluid and you do sell it. Was told they don't have it anymore total lie you shouldn't be working there or answer the phone.
Went in to collect an order on Sunday morning. Staff standing at desk but refused to get my order, said I needed to use the check in panel. I said, I'd rather talk to a human and they replied our computer can't do that any more. If this is a new policy, it's not very well thought through, especially as the competition 20metres away are more pleasant, more helpful and often cheaper and deal in names not numbers.

New Screwfix opened in Jul 22. Plenty of parking. Also a Costa and Toolstation at the same site.
Finally!!! Thank you Screwfix for opening a store in Brackley and saving all us sole traders from being ripped of by a certain chain (TP). Dawn and Lisa were my best experience yet, helpful and knowledgeable of the items I needed to get the job done. You guys are my new Come to People for plumbing and heating supplies!
