   My dash cam broke simple enough but after shop after shop of useless male information I asked Vanessa in Argos Brackley. What a wonder of information not only on the camera but looked up usb cables and different fixings ( don't ask Halfords ) . She restored my faith and has my thanks. An asset to Argos and very polite . Many thanks

   I second, and third the bad reviews about the customer service at this store by a particular employee. Rude, very unpleasant & unprofessional service from Helen who will go out of her way not to help you. I was shocked and disgusted by her tone and attitude when speaking to me regarding a return, and complete lack of compassion towards customers. She should not be in a customer facing role, as does not know how to speak to people respectfully. Avoid this store at all costs, unless you want problems when needing help. Their staff are not trained properly to give you the right information and their terms and conditions are extremely misleading. Horrible experience.
