   Absolutely super service. I dropped in to get a side light replaced, had to wait a short while as another job was being completed. Alfie, the mechanic, was very friendly and very efficient. All done in a matter of minutes. I had taken my dog with me who was made very welcome and was fussed over by the staff. They kindly offered, too, to take my purchased items to the car for me. I00% recommend the service and staff at Biggleswade. Thank you.

   Very easy to buy a new car battery using the in store help. I just put in my car registration number and it offered me 3 types of battery suitable for my car with 3 different prices. Very friendly and helpful staff despite it being so busy in-store!

   I experienced exceptional customer service today at Halfords, Biggleswade. I had a faulty dash cam that Nextbase told me needed a new card, I went up to the desk and James checked my dashcam, tested it & confirmed the problem. He then fitted a new card and came out to my car and fitted and tested it. It worked fine. He then advised me about suitable roof bars for the car. In these days of poor customer service he made this experience a pleasant one.

   I find this check really useful and use it whenever I am off on a journey but think its something that a car user can use anytime. Jonathon was professional and helpful and addressed the few small areas that needed addressing ( screen wash, oil and tyre pressure) but he also checked other areas such as car battery strength and car lights. It is excellent value and has given me peace of mind as I head away to Norfolk. Thank you Jonathon and Halfords !
