“Great Store and Team - Purchased a bike to collect in a week, bike was made up early and I was allowed to collect today. I didn’t get the name of the assistant who helped today (7/8/25 ~ 10:30am on the bike tills), but he went above and beyond to help with accessories for the bike and signing up for a care plan - even fitting the accessories so I was ready to ride home.”

“Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.”

“We hired the cinema tent for our daughters birthday sleepover and the whole service was fantastic. Communication was great before hand and easy to book, pay and arrange. The set up was great and the tent has everything you need. The girls were absolutely blown away by the tent, it have the projector, fairy lights, beanbags and it just looks beautiful. “We had all 9 uPVC windows in the house replaced. Response to our request for a quote was quick; we phoned on Friday 9th February and they came out to quote the following Wednesday. Surveyor seemed professional and informative, and made helpful suggestions on certain detail choices, such as positions of openers, when we were undecided. Installation was done exactly 6 weeks after finalising the order, as promised. Kevin and Nile did an excellent job of fitting, and were polite, clean and tidy, and left no mess. There was practically no damage to decor around the windows (kitchen and bathroom tiles, plaster etc.). The actual window products seem good quality, and they work well and look great. Note, their certification body is CERTASS rather than the older and better-known FENSA, but it's not an issue, it works the same way. Highly recommended.”
