Helping Hands are a very professional and caring company. The care they gave my mum was outstanding. The carers who looked after my mum treated her like there own, even making time to converse with her and let her vent her troubles. I would highly recommend this company to look after a family member.

I recently joined Helping Hands Stoke branch as a client. The staff and Carers cannot do enough for you. They have great empathy towards me as an individual. But most of all they do not judge. The staff always have a smile on their faces as they enter my property. They know there jobs well, because of the excellent training they receive from the branch staff. They talk to you as a person and individual and not just another job on their rota. The branch staff, from the manager down, are always courteous on the telephone and will help in anyway they can. If I could I would give them ten stars. In my opinion they are the best bunch of Carers in Stoke on Trent. Thank you folks.
Just had 2 days training with valerie Smith and I have to say she is one of the nicest people I have ever met very friendly very funny and a excellent trainer val made me feel at ease in my training and explained everything very clearly one of the best training sessions I have ever attended! And i look forward to joining the team xx
5 star care service. Contacted helping hands to care for my grandad when he was released from hospital after he fell and broke his neck and we needed some help in morning s and evenings getting washed, dressed etc. Caters are very professional and always happy to go the extra yard. So glad I trusted them with his care. Can’t thank you enough
