New Look has gone very expensive now, used to be your “affordable range” but noticed how expensive they are now. I mean some stuff is basic range but not a basic price. delivery is silly money and you have to spend silly amount for free delivery.
I am sorry didn't get the lady's name but just wanted to thank her for her time and patience. I returned an item today but i didn't have a smart phone but i had started that process. Sales assistant sorted it out in a polite courteous manor. Thank you for your great customer service.
Clean modern store, always well organised but clothes range a little bland. Nothing stands out which is a shame as it use to have sections for alternative fashion and band tees/hoodies.
A lovely spacious store, can move around with ease with my pushchair, always well laid out and has a great selection of clothing for ladies and teens, staff are always happy and friendly

Staff are friendly and helpful. Not been here for a while. There didn't seem to be a lot to offer in here compared to the online store. We didn't purchase anything due to not finding what my daughter wanted.
Lovely staff with amazing service. Helped me pick out some items for my wardrobe and staff were well presented, that well presented I stole some looks off the staff as they styled their uniform perfectly. They're well mannered and give the shop life. The clothing is affordable and the shop is always clean!
