   Five stars all the way. Easy to navigate online purchasing, free delivery on a day of your choice with a 2 hour time slot. Best price by far for the LG QNED TV I bought. Even the so called big boys couldn't beat THT on price. I would definitely recommend THT to my friends and family. Go on support a family business, I would certainly not hesitate to purchase from THT again.

   Bought a 3 grand tv best price anywhere. Tv stopped working 54 weeks after purchase -LG weren’t interested and extended warranty was a long story. Contacted George at THT expecting a it’s nothing to do with us response. He organised the repair and tv is all good now. Big respect / proper customer service.

   Having just moved in to a new home, I was a bit stuck for cash and I got a new Tv from THT Direct on a buy-now-pay-later scheme. George was very helpful and talked me through the process and was always willing to pick up the phone and have a chat with me about my order and what the next steps in the process were. George and his team also bent over backwards to help me and delivered my TV to my home ahead of schedule -I didn’t have a TV in my home at all at this point so this was greatly appreciated! The driver was also very friendly and helped me carry the TV into a room of my choosing in my home. Honestly I couldn’t praise George and his team enough for their effort, customer service and overall willingness to help!
