    This company must lose a fortune in sales. Impossible to get a staff member to assist or even take an order. I walked out and went to AO online and bought my double oven. Curry management take note!

    Went in to Curry’s Livingston to order a fridge and cooker. I knew what models so just wanted to place an order, I was told I would have to queue to speak to the person in that department. Went up to the area and a woman walking past asked what we were looking for, I told her and she snapped well I’ll put you in the queue, I’d tried to say we were already in the queue but she was already away by then. I was surprised to see she was wearing a high vis station Happy to Help, she clearly wasn’t! When she walked by again I asked how long the queue was, 3-4 people in front, so we decided to leave. I asked again at the checkout if we could just order and pay when the woman shouts over you’re next, I declined her offer as she was so rude in the first place that I couldn’t have dealt with her. We also saw her snapping at other customers. This was first thing in the morning and not many customers about, but even less staff. Curry’s Livingston need to have more (friendly) staff available. We’d been in the Falkirk store the day before and everyone in there was friendly and helpful. I ended up placing my order over the phone, but only because I had vouchers to use up, otherwise I’d have gone to a different shop altogether.

    A year ago, we bought a washing machine with a 5-year warranty. The washing machine broke, and Curry refused to help. People, think about it: is it worth buying a 5-year warranty if they ultimately refuse to help you?

    Holly in Livingston store, thank you so much. Arriving into story at 730pm on a Friday night looking for advice and support when the store is close to closing I can imagine must be frustrating. Holly could not have been more patient and helpful. I always buy in store due to the customer service level and will continue to. Thank you for being so understanding :)

    Worst shopping experience ever. Went to look at laptops. Choice not the best, but found one that looked promising. But it wasn't switched on. Eventually found an assistant who said "Oh, the charger is missing". No offer to look further for one, no interest in suggesting anything else, or offer any advice. So we left and purchased elsewhere. Will not be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Good online store but physical store is somewhat lacking, especially for laptops. Staff didn't offer help and it felt like there was too few of them. Asked one who seemed to be a manager and she said she'd send a sales colleague over but didn't and we ended up leaving without being able to speak to anyone.

    The store is nicely laid out and I particularly enjoyed the TV section. However, I was there to collect an order I had paid for online, and the staff and unfriendly and miserable beyond belief. Four staff members were on their phones when we went in, and one walked away when he saw us. We had to approach someone for help and she was no more friendly, and got the wrong order out. The guy who brought the order out seemed angry at having to get another one when I said "that's the wrong TV. It's a different size and model". His colleague - the fourth member of staff we dealt with - barked that it was the same model, just the wrong size. Not that it really matters but it was a different model entirely and costs about one third of the one I got. Nice store, terrible staff. I shouldn't feel awkward for being in a store I've just given Β£1,300 to - a most unpleasant experience. It was so unpleasant that my partner and I found it quite funny but it's one strange place!
