    Staff absolutely rude and not accommodating . Old grey haired woman threw my box with one £100 item in front of me, if I get home and anything is broken I’ll be taking it way higher . Staff ignoring waiting customers and picking and choosing who they want to serve no matter who came to the store when. Ridiculous, defo won’t be recommending to anyone .

    Nice, big, clean store with plenty of touch screen ordering stations, which provide a seamless digital ordering experience and facilitate online and in-store purchases. These stations allow you to browse products, check prices, and potentially place orders for in-store collection or delivery. There are more than enough collection counters, operated by friendly staff. It is quick and easy to order at the touchscreens or through the app and online for in-store collection or delivery. Staff are always happy to assist with queries or issues.

    Purchased an item online, collected later that day from Dunfermline store. Item was damaged so I immediately returned it. First store assistant was very helpful, she ordered another item from a nearby store as there was none in stock. She told me I could collect my new item the next day and gave me the item back with a collection slip. Only down side to this, my initial 6 days to collect was then shortened to 48hrs?! Attended the store again with the item and collection slip advising that I had an item to collect and swap. Store assistant (lady, name beginning with M) was extremely rude. I presented her with the only slip I was given, for her to reply "where's your receipt?" She failed to listen to my situation and was very frustrating to talk to. Went to the extreme lengths of man-handling my phone to view my e-receipt even though it had been less that 48hrs. Argos definitely do no drop their prices that quickly Eventually, she processed my return and re-ordered the item. FYI, didn't ask if I had a nectar card- not happy! Made me sit at the collection point for a max of 1 minute- what was the point? Then called out the name of my item in front of everyone. Lucky it was nothing personal

    Rude, unhelpful staff. Their manager throw our receipts away, Sale Assistant very aggressive. Both of them focus not to help us but to sent us away. Never again! People will decide how long they will stay, because previously every visit there is a new staff. Finally strange and unprofessional comments towards Argos Customer Service and CEO, claiming that shop manager is a local king! We sent a message cross our networks to avoid that place, because according to Umberto Ecco one angry customer is worth 10000 happy ones.

    Not happy with Argos in-store experience!!! Whether Manager or staff the ethos and attitude is poorly. I had 2x rather large items to carry but it was too much effort for them to assist with a bag and too much effort to get a trolley to help me. It's a pity I have to see their miserable faces at the end of an overall good shopping spree. The star is for the app-experience.

    Worst experience with Argos ever. Generally speaking, I like Argos network and never had any issues with Dunfermline one till today 30.04. Tried to return faulty product back and got money back to my PayPal account. My request has been rejected as “I need to show debit card attached to my PayPal account”. I’ve tried to explain these 2 women there was a payment made using a PayPal balance and No card linked to PayPal but they haven’t even tried to understand me and to be honest they were quite rude and looks really happy and complacent rejecting my request It’s not acceptable behaviour and I believe, the store manager should discuss this issue with them (30.04, around 3pm)

    I had a really good experience in store today and the staff member (I think it was Lynn) who helped me was so lovely. I felt a bit nervous returning a faulty baby monitor after having a bit of difficulty with online customer services, but the staff member dealt with my issue instantly. Retail workers are under a lot of pressure just now and it would be so easy to become negative but all of the staff were really nice. Thank you.
