    Love paying for something online that says "COLLECT RIGHT AWAY" then getting an email to say it will be available in 4 days time. Absolute joke. Update. Just had an email to say its been delayed again even tho it STILL say available to collect right away. Pathetic, never again!

    Amazing. got my orange tree from here. oranges are very happy, the tree is happy too but the oranges are happier. me and tsukasa rate this 5/5. it has grown to be a very happy orange tree. the oranges have asked me and tsukasa if they are the happiest oranges ever! great for our tree.

    Not sure what the point is doing the FastTrack we this location where they acknowledged you but tell you to wait while the ones that cue to oat herb served abs get there items before you although to paid online for w faster service absolutely a joke . Least the centre got it right

    I paid cash for a 55in Samsung tv, an arial extention lead and paid cash. The tv was too large for my car so I asked to have the items fast tracked (delivered) the next day. Was told delivery would be between 7am to 21.00. The arial lead arrived mid afternoon but no tv. I tracked the tv only to learn it was still with Yodel at their local depot. Still at depot come 23.30. The next morning the tracker read " we tried to deliver at 21.00 but could not gain access to your property ". This was a lie. The next morning I contacted Argos and cancelled the tv via their chat service. Arriving at the store and asked for my refund I was told the would not refund me my £649 and they were sending me a cheque. I am now unable to complete my Christmas presents due to the wait for the cheque and the time for it to clear at bank. I am now going to trading standards re this illegal practice.

    If Argos done fast food you would need to order an hour before you could eat it!! The staff are slow and dour and don't really seem interest other than to try and sell you stuff you don't want. While standing patiently waiting to be served I had to listen to two cashiers gibbering about everything from baby shampoo to floor cleaner. Jesus just take my order and let me out of this god forsaken place please!. I won't be back in a HURRY

    despite the other reviewers I find the staff helpful and polite. I order and pick many items up from this store if it is heavy staff will offer to transport it out to car. Occasionaly, when busy there is a delay but all stores suffer from the same problem and mostly it is people with returns who hold everything up. Maybe a specific point for this would be a good idea

    Customer service is very poor and MOST staff are not helpful in the slightest. Most products are faulty and dangerous. Not happy with my recent purchase of a 12ft trampoline. Not even owning it for 2weeks for it to brake and it was hardly used in that 2 weeks. For the money paid it was not worth it. And then for customer service staff to have a bad attitude when asked for a refund.
