   Rude and aggressive staff. 12 hours after I spent a six figure money in this shop the staff explained if I opened the paper box of the item no warranty no return. It is my problem and I can go wherever I want to go. I know Argos is not hire the top qualified staff but with this attitude nobody should work in customer service. Trading and Standards could you have a look at this place please. The staff just mentioned their policy is against Consumer Rights Act 2015.

   Customer service is shocking. Was dealing with a woman that had a lip piercing. No greeting whatsoever, definitely looked like she didn’t want to be there. Needed assistance for the item to be put in the car as I was struggling and she blatantly said not possible because there’s 2 of them and there can’t be 1 on the shop floor. Shop was empty and my car was parked right outside. Then seen the guy fix the outside displays a second later.

   Store closed before 7pm order paid for items online could not pick them up. Staff member at the door was unfriendly and unprofessional. There where other customers in store picking up there orders

   Bought an xbox one controller from here had a decent experience with the staff they helped me out amd helped me get what i needed {xbox one controller the controller was good and has lasted me over 2 years would have given 5 stars but there is a issue with there website that says there is a item in stock when you go to the store it isn't available other than that its a 4 stars.

   Had a couple of general issue. The store Manager Alistair, dealt with both of my issue. Immaculate customer service was given from start to finish. Approachable, Pleasant, attentive and Professional. It’s not everyday you get someone who’s interest is providing good all round customer service. The manager in question ticked every box.
