   Visited the Livingston store on Sunday with my friend, We were helped by Adam,Kiran and Kara.They took our two page lists of toys and went round the shop looking for everything. They went above and beyond to help in anyway they could and deserve to be recognised for their exemplary customer service. Jean and Karen.

   The lady we dealt with at the baby/ pram department today was just fantastic. She asked us if we required any help and helped us in showing the twin prams. She was extremely informative, kind and polite. She was not pushy at all. Lovely girl!

   Just observed a customer have a torid time at the hands of the store manager. From what I could see she butted into a conversation the gentleman was having with his son about her not checking the system for an item that wasn't in situ where it usually was - adamant she was that they didnt have it (without checking the system), to then look a bit silly after the kid found the item on the checkout desk to the left of her. She didn't back down and made things worse, trying to blame the original customer service rep for what was her oversight. She was extremely rude and defensive with zero personal / customer service skills - I felt awkward watching it. Wouldn't blame the gentleman if he didn't go back and spend money there, I'm certainly considering it. Where has customer service went these days - if that's the example set by a manager of the store - we have a problem Houston...

   Took my class for a visit today and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The children had a great time exploring the range of toys. I was impressed by the size of the store - not hugely, massive to be intimidating but big enough to house a great range of toys.

   I purchased a gift card on Christmas Eve from Livingston, the woman at the till wasn’t in a good mood since she was struggling to get the till to scan the gift card. But she eventually worked it out and I paid and everything went through, the money came off my card. But the family member I purchased the card for tried to use it the other day and it didn’t work. I have already binned the receipt and now can’t get my money back.

   Went in to price an xbox as my partners is a bit old and slow. Staff stared at us the entire time because my partner was in work gear so I suppose looked "suspicious"? As we were leaving after checking the prices and looking at some Christmas present ideas the security guard (who had been following us our entire visit) made the automatic doors open slowly and stood beside us until they opened. Absolutely disgusting and rude. Was not a friendly experience like you'd expect it to be.

   They sold us a faulty, pram. When we went back and wanted to show them what is the issue with it , the grumpy store manager refused to check the pram, and said we probably did not use it properly. Later contacted the customer support, they sided with the store manager, replied to me as : "Thanks for getting in touch. The item was checked and as no fault was found, the return was refused. apologies for any disappointment this may have caused." Awful experience. Probably never go there again. Its just sad because, the shop is rly having a great variety of toys.
