Service in store from the guy I asked about car seats was not the best. Didn’t seem interested at all in fact bit rude. Lady at the till however was amazing chatted and smiling away.
I ordered windscreen wipers and was told once ready I would get a notification and I can come they would fit as well . But after a week also I didnt get any update and after a week I went to the shop on Saturday 13th evening around 5.25 , a guy was there had no customer service at all , when I enquired about the updates didnt delivered , he simply ignored no apologise nothing - handed the wipers to me and I requested for the fitting as I was promised , he said that I need to pay another £9.00 for that . So totally I spent around £45.00. I shall never use them again.
My car broke down yesterday in Tesco car park in the Retail Park Falkirk,I suspected the battery, so we walked over to Halfords. They checked and replaced the battery in a matter of 30 minutes and we were in our way! Great service Halfords thank you so much
I visited earlier today and was really impressed with the customer service. A young man, Raidon I believe, served me. He was extremely helpful and informative about my car, guiding me to the right product without being pushy but also made sure I understood the differences between my options. Great job!
Ordered battery about 3.30pm, received text at 4.30pm that it was ready for collection. Excellent service.
3rd attempt at Halfords Falkirk. Different day, time and staff member. Nothing too much trouble this time. I was unsure if it was a fuse or just the bulbs in back tail lights. Things were checked out thoroughly. Upselling at till because during discussion I mentioned that I needed window wash and had completely forgotten by the time I got to till. THANKS SCOTT. Thank you to Frazer for fitting my bulbs and doing my vehicle check, and the lovely lady who served me who's name I didn't catch. Will definitely use them again if I need anything fitted. So quick and convenient.
Always had good service when using this Halfords. Friendly staff and served quickly. The bosch wiper blades were on special and cheeper then other retailers online.
Great service today from your in-store member of staff. Very helpful and thorough in demonstrating the child car seat I had purchased. I felt I was in safe hands, very important given the item I had purchased. Nice to know some retailers can still provide good, pleasant service. Gold star!
