WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Selling wrong parts and avoiding responsibility liability afterwards. Lying to the customer that the part compatible with his vehicle and then appears to be a wrong one. They only interested to sell the part to you no matter it is a wrong part. Also quality of the parts is ridiculous. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I restore older cars, as well as keep a small fleet of vehicles. 13 years ago I walked into the shop wearing a flat cap. The shop assistant smirked at my hat. I have never returned. That smirk cost this company hundreds, if not thousands of pounds in lost sales. It was, as the Julia Roberts character said 'Mistake....huge mistake'. My Scottish pounds have gone elsewhere, and will continue to do so. A real shame as I would have preferred to support a local business, but not one run by these jackanapes. And NOT a fake review. Response says it all really. Greedy and ignorant individual.

Have supported this buisness for many years, needed to buy a sponge to wash my car. Wouldn't let me pay by card for small transaction despite knowing I had no cash and me explaining my daughter who is 12 was having to buy on her card and she only had a few pounds on it. Told no. Had to put sponge back. If had been me I'd have done as a one off or said just to drop in the pound later. Will shop elsewhere in future. Was a complete embarrassment.
