Please do proper vetting, the delivery van company you use to collect the furniture ,the guy who owns the company shouldn't be allowed near kids he is well known in the community and the police, and you are encouraging people to let him into their homes. Shame on you.
Delivery guys that helped move my couch were so helpful, they took the front door off to fit the couch in and out. Also the woman that helped sort everything in store too was so kind and understanding, thankyou as always for your help.
Had a fabulous experience while in store with my son and daughter picking out bedroom furniture to have it ne followed up by an amazing delivery team called zack(sorry if spelt wrong) and Ben who carried my furniture right up and into the room it was for
Really great selection and usually the staff are very helpful and friendly. Today I went in and decided to buy 2 items. The woman at the til ignored me for 15 mins while she talked to a “customer” who was a pal going from their conversation. A young man who was lovely helped me, once we got back to the til he then said “the lady will serve you once she’s done with this customer” and instead the lady snapped at him and demanded to serve me instead so she could continue her conversation with her friend. Poor service from a usually lovely shop with great staff.
Had a great experience at the store today. The team was completely courteous, patient, and genuinely warm. I was impressed by the high quality of the goods and the very reasonable pricing. Best of all, the customer service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and I especially appreciated the support from Michelle at the till, Jamie, and the store manager — also named Michelle — who were particularly attentive. They made me feel welcome and seemed truly happy in their work. Thank you all!
Used BHF to conduct a flat clearance and ghey were superb. From the home visit to receiving a quote within an hour was impressive as were the 2 removers who came to clear the flat. Would thoroughly recommend using them and giving them the opportunity to use goods to help them fund their research.
Only items I've bought are books and bag that was brand new had a price tag went to buy and surprised to given got more of a discount,I'm always handing in items to this shop as a great charity.

Tried, and ultimately failed, to give them furniture. Could only pick up about 10 days after we phoned which was cutting it fine for me leaving the property. Asked for an afternoon pick up and was told to phone back the day before pick up to ask for that. When we phoned we were told afternoon pick ups don't happen so it would be morning! If we'd known that 10 days ago we could have made alternative arrangements. We explained we were an hour away from the property so late morning would be better. Cold not give us a time. Asked if they could check with the driver and see what times might suit. Got a message later saying it would be between 8:30 and 12:30, not very helpful at all. We turned up at 11am to find a note through the door saying they had been at 9:20am and that we would need to rebook. Ironically the card says "Please call us to arrange a convenient time to come back.". Good luck with that. I get the impression they think they are doing you a favour rather than the other way around. Thankfully we found an alternative charity to take the furniture that day without any hassle whatsoever.
The sofa aet were not clean stinking of cat urine,when i bought they said they will clean for hygenic reason but nothing Useless
