   The owners are not aware of support dogs and the Equality Rights Act and did not allow access to me and my support dog, cause “it didn’t look like a support dog”, which is a direct violation of the law. Furthermore when informing them of the law, they hung up on my advocate and myself. Atrocious and hoping they heed Citizens Advice and the local MP.

   Went in today to buy a juice and a sweet, only had card payment on me which in this day and age is pretty much how everybody pays for stuff and was told there’s a minimum charge of £4, I understand there is a charge for the shop owner but surely these small fees will get used up elsewhere, Won’t be going back
