Tried to get a UPS parcel from here. The pick up location at this shop was confirmed over email and phone but he said two days in a row that it wasn’t there. When I next call UPS they tell me he’s given it back to the drivers because I didn’t pick it up on time. The parcels were also just left in the middle of the shop where anyone could take them easily. I requested it get sent to a different pick up location instead when I tried to track it down and got it with no problem from a shop where the parcels were secured in a different room.
Shop owner is particularly rude and refused to hand over a UPS parcel despite having the required documentation as proof. As a result I have complained to UPS and requested they find more suitable drop off and collection point. I would not recommend this shop to single females.

It's like nobody's ever told him the words 'please' and 'thank-you' exist, and he takes pride in giving the most monosyllabic answers he can! Horrendous customer service and generally just a really nasty man!

I can't speak too highly of this friendly and helpful chap. Sarge can be relied on to go out of his way to try to assist.
Owner is always very nice and genuine, it's a great little shop that carries what you need and I'm glad to have it so close by.
