It's a big scratch on a good reputation of Screwfix shops. Supposed to be open from 7 on Saturday the 18th of October. 7.30 was still locked. I wasn't the forst who kissed to closed shutter. Someone asleep maybe? It caused a delay on my busy Saturday schedule.
Lewis Graham works here, excellent staff member and assists in more ways than you could possibly imagine.
I ended up buying several items and I was impressed by the service provided by shuebi. He patiently listened to what I needed and gave the advice I needed to choose the items that were right for me.
Very friendly Staff but the tablets to check for products are ridiculously slow.
Popped into this Screwfix today to return an item and purchase other items. Served by a gentleman didn’t catch his name unfortunately (long hair) but anyway I must say the refund couldn’t have been any smoother!!! Top notch bravo! He then helped me get the items I required, all in all was in and out in about 10mins! Fantastic service today!

Handy for DIY stuff (and there's a Toolstation next door if they don't have something you can get it next door or next day), great service & great staff, returns aren't a hassle either...
I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful (and patient) in providing me with what I require especially when I don't have a catalogue number to provide them. I have visited the store 3 or 4 times over the past month and on every occasion have received excellent service - that's the reason why I always go there first for my DIY requirements.
