    Massive thank you to (forgive me if i spell his name wrong) but Walled in currys. You helped me and my brother today in the shop outstandingly and got us exactly what we wanted! Just wanted to also say to the whole of parkgate do better for your staff parking/safety, as whilst we was there was 16 year olds tried repeatedly (second day going) attempted to steal Walleds motorbike! Absolutely not on he is earning a living and he had to run out the shop to get his bike back. Someone else’s bike was also tampered with and just dumped on the floor. Takes the mick and staff should be supported appropriately and provided safer facilities to park up without bother. The fact this is 2 days running is appalling.

    Whalid was really knowledgable and a great help. He had to leave while going through payment due to someone trying to steal his bike and came back calm and collected. Much appreciated by us and hopefully his team.

    Tried to return a product and was turned away because it was not bought in that specific store, the person behind the desk would not accept the valid reasons for return. The point of high street stores is added security of purchase and reassurance... If this company would rather me shop online, then I will use a service that is now, more convenient. I will not be using this once respectful company again, appalled and disgusted!

    Spoke to Nidal and Abid in the tv department in Rotherham and they provided exceptional customer service. I was impressed with their knowledge and advised me on an amazing hisense tv. They even stayed after there shift had ended to help me out honestly cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely brilliant

    Visited today (16 August 2025) and Matthew was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and so helpful and made me really understand what I was buying and giving me the best options for what I wanted. Such a big help when I was lost and didn't know what to really look for. Thankyou so much! Staff are really nice and knowledgeable and everything is easy to find! Would recommend any day! :)

    Never used ear buds so any questioning of the sales guy was subjective. He seemed to offer good advice and purchased a pair to suit my budget for my daughters Christmas box. His advice it seems was spot on, she's Delighted!

    Brought a new washer. point of sale good. but we have had insurance on our last two previous washers. boy do they hold out on paying out has taken 6 weeks both times to replace goods. Once they agree done very efficiently and quickly. but they would get five stars if insurance sorted its self

    Really knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Even saw some tech I had no idea existed, check my video. Ive bought a lot from here, phones, accessories etc, it's still really great to walk around and see items in person. I so shop online mainly but I do value being able to see and test a product. If it's something big I typically find it online at Currys website and then order for store pickup.

    Still waiting for a resolution to my issue... if you buy any white goods or electronics at Curry's and they offer the care package I'd strongly advise not to take it... bank the money each month instead, then you choose how to replace something and you don't have to put up with their poor service and being given the run around. The people who do the sale front of house can be great, the support services after are appalling and this is the third time I'm experiencing this poor customer care! More like customer rip off!!

    Called today and purchased an upright fridge / freezer and a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones. The shop was relatively busy. There seemed to be quite a few members of staff but they were all serving so we had to wait for about 15 mins until a retail assistant became free. The staff are friendly and helpful. The items we needed were in stock. The fridge freezer is being delivered next Wednesday...free delivery. I paid extra £20 for the old freezer to be taken away. No delivery time is given, a full day slot is allocated but they send a text to confirm time on the day. A lift is available in store as most household items are on the first floor.
