Coming up to Christmas there should be many more staff available. The staff themselves were really helpful but simply not enough of them.
Awful. Happy to take your money. But when it comes to faulty items and returns. They dont want to know. AVOID. One star is one too many for them.

Gets worse every visit. Staff have no product knowledge, only reading the same product info you see for yourself. You would think they would be informed on the items they are trying to tell you. Walked out empty handed and will do my own research and buy a coffee machine from another retailer.
Appalling service. Waited for an hour to be served because they didn't have enough staff. Purchased a laptop and arranged to have soft ware uploaded in store. I was told it would take 2 days and that i would receive a phone call. A week later and I still haven't heard anything. I rang the number given only to be told that the lap top had arrived in store, which I already knew. They were unable to provide an update on when it would be ready and were also unable to provide a contact number or email for the store. I asked to speak to someone else who could provide the information I needed and was transferred to someone who asked for my reference number. When provided they hung up. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! It seems I have to travel to the store to find out if the laptop is ready for collection, and after reading some of these reviews I suspect it won't be. This is a very poor service indeed and I would recommend that you go somewhere else.
Very fast service and also really helpful, bought a vacuum cleaner and they also tried to sell me a Internet package, which is a bit frustrating but otherwise great.
Extremely good service from Scott & Dave. Very informative about all tv's on display especially the samsung frame. They both went out of their way to find out all the information we required. Thank you both, your knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated
Dropped in to pick up an order this afternoon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The collection point was clearly signposted just to the left of the entrance doors, service was quick, and my parcel was all ready. The person serving me was incredibly friendly, genuine, and open, chatting through what he was doing and finding my parcel with ease. Proper chuffed, would come back again.
I’ve had a purchase from this store today to surprise my other half. To get everything right Misters Nick , Tom and Andy worked together to arrange this surprise purchase for me. I am so great full for such day guys x
