Went into the store having ordered my product to mistakenly ordering to a different store. Sam was so helpful. He moved the product to the Attercliffe one and then helped make sure it would fit in the car, and even carried it out as it was a large item. Sam was super helpful, he gave top class service! Just went in to buy 2 things I needed and I was treated amazingly. All the staff were super helpful and friendly but especially Emily, genuinely, I’d give her a 20/10 if I could. She was so nice off the jump and has great customer service and will deffo go back in the future.

Visited yesterday to exchange some items, the young woman that served me on the trade side was helpful but there was a very rude and arrogant older woman that got involved and made me just want to leave and never come back. Won’t be visiting again no matter how desperate I am.
Went in to try and get some advice and assistance on my taps for mixer tap in the kitchen. Served by a bomd hair lady with long black nails who advised me she could not recommend or advise as she was not a plumber. Not the most helpful experience and will go to a plumbers merchants who will support the customer.
As owner of TRT Joinery & Carpentry, I use Screwfix branches in Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and Sheffield on a regular basis. Their stock is always great quality and perfect if in need of material for job door hanging or fitting a kitchen etc. Their stock rarely lets you down and the staff work hard to turn delivery’s around quickly, allowing me to respond to jobs speedy. Hello, this place has a nice carpark but is busy at times. The shop has good stock but I have had to order things but the item has been delivered damaged. Which the shop gave me a discount. The staff are helpful and friendly people. They try there best to go the extra mile. The store is nice and clean place. Please use the website to check if the item is in stock or sometimes a nearby store may have it in stock. I wish this place had a place to order item and pay in-store system which would help out a lot. Hope this help.
