   This is the only Screwfix you should go to in Sheffield! These men especially the Deputy Manager know what they are talking about. Had a little project to insulate my rabbit’s hutch and he advices me on which silicone is the best one to use for the materials I had too. Lovely gentlemen and was very knowledgable and I had such a pleasant chat with him too. If you’re having any concerns about your project, pop by and ask. Nobody is here to judge. They are amazing at what they do and i got some amazing advice too. Definitely coming here again!!

   Just a shout out to the two lads working on the sales counter this morning 2/5/25 @ 7.00am in Sutherland street. sorry don't know there names, but there was a problem with my purchase that these two lads sorted out impeccably. Absolutely excellent customer service skills.

   I'm a costume maker and often have need of "a thing" to "do a thing" but not knowing if that exists or, if it does, what it's called. Ishmael and Dan were super helpful and helped me find exactly what I need. That's not the experience I've had in other DIY stores and I'll be coming here first in future!

   I visited this store today as I needed a few sockets and sealant for my bathroom, I was served by Umar who extremely helpful and advised us which products were the best ones to purchase. He was very friendly and although I came towards the end of the store closing time I was not made to felt like I was being rushed as some stores do when you come just before closing time. It was my first time at this store as I usually go to the one on Queens Road.

   This store is not female friendly. I was totally ignored by the staff who didn't even acknowledge me after standing for 5 mins waiting to be served by nobody.How many men and women (that work at Screwfix Sunderland Road S4 branch) does it take to serve one man? Got it yet? You'd think one wouldn't you? Well you'd be wrong! The right answer is 2 men and 1 woman staff, plus two other men seemingly not employed by Screwfix, all just to make one joint effort for one man.A complete waste of my time and effort none of them was interested in what I'd come into buy.First and last time never going back in because they clearly don't need my custom.
