   Have walked past this shop a lot but didn’t assume much. Today I needed the silicone squishy bit for an earphone and the man gave for free! Very lovely and refreshing after every other phone shop said no. Very polite, not perfect english, but perfect manners, good and honest guy. Will be returning, has everything from what I saw.

   Got two phones fixed here, they both had issues with the screens The first phone I got fixed was alright apart from the touch screen because it would stop working every so often. Second phone I got fixed here, I got it back with tape holding the screen down to help the glue stick to the housing that was apparently put on the phone to hold the screen into place. But the phone screen was partially hanging out of the phone showing nothing was holding the screen down. They also removed the back camera protector even though they most likely didn't have to. I went to see what they could do and they claimed that since the phone was dropped and the corner was broke the screen would come out but I've had a phone bounce across a pavement and it broke completely and the screen didn't fall out. They tried charging me £40 to fix it again

   Please remember to take a picture of your phone in advance when repairing your phone at this store, and ask them to open it for you when you pick it up. Because after my phone was sent to this shop for repair, they couldn't fix it and they broke the screen of the phone, but they shied the blame and said it was broken when I gave it to him. Liars will eventually be punished.

   My problem was related to my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro from 2019 didn't boot properly. It had a screen with three options (reboot, delete data and use MI PC Suite, none of them worked). I even tried to connect the phone to my laptop to at least retrieve data, it didn't work. I got a tip from someone that sent me a Google Maps link to this business. I gave my phone to the man who owns and works there for 1 hour and, when I got back to this place, he even helped me reset the password for mi MI account. Right now at the time of writing my phone still retrieves data from the cloud and it's all thanks to him. He fixed the problem for 10 quid! And for a poor student like me (with little money at the moment), I'm glad I got this great tip for this great business. Keep doing a great job! I would definitely recommend the place to someone else if they are running into the same kind of problems.

She has regular customers who keep coming back due to the quality of the wigs and approachable and kind sellers. The quality of the wig I bought was amazing and excellent value for money.
