Review for the record shop. Crazy prices! . The stock isn't bad but the prices are out of this world. £50 for a Cream CD whose case was ruined. £60 for a 80s reissue of Black Sabbath's first album with a scruffy sleeve. £100 for Beggar's Banquet with a scruffy sleeve. Standard singles for ridiculous prices. Its a shame because the store is cool and the people seem nice but they need to sort their pricing out. That being said if they can carry on selling records then fair play to them but I can't spend my money there! So maybe its a shame for me and not for them.

I went in with the express purpose of buying an instrument. Had done the research. The man behind the counter was so dismissive, wouldn't move from behind the counter, had a passive aggressive attitude and was impolite. Wouldn't let me play a guitar unless "I was going to buy it" - low-key in the shop to do that pal. Regardless, I took my business elsewhere and had great support from staff.

Friendly staff, great selection of vinyl records in all genres for both new and used. Prices are reasonably priced. Will shop here again when I travel back to Sheffield.

Great little Aladdin's Cave style music shop, great selection of instruments and amps downstairs. Upstairs large selection of vinyl and some CDs. Could have spent hours looking through them all, generally well organised, good selection of reasonably priced new and used vinyl and some rarer items with higher but competitive price tags. Held back and just bought one Queen and Adam Lambert EP this time but will be back.

Great selection of new and 2nd hand. Great selection of dub and roots. Well worth a visit and you will be going back again and again!!

Great selection of records from all music genres (Alot with questionable high prices). Many of the preowned record selection have definitely seen better days, most i picked up and checked had mold/damp damage on them.

Went here to see a gig with some local bands. Bands performed well and drinks were okay value, but my partner was charged £2 for coat check, and when we went to retrieve his coat at the end of the night, it had been stolen. Lady who had been operating cost check up until an hour before was trying her best to be helpful but the man she referred my partner to for assistance literally ignored him and did nothing to help. Didn't even offer the £2 back. It was a cold night in mid December and my partner had no coat as a result. Ignored my message about it thus far despite me handing over the crime number given by the police. At a loss as to what we can do.
