   Had a paper jam on my Brother printer/ scanner. Managed to sort it myself, but the scanner lid would not close properly. Seemed to be a problem with the stay/arm on the lid. Had Online chat with Brother - directed me to Clough Ibbotson, in Sheffield 25 miles away. Not being a driver anymore and also disabled made it a bit of a problem to get there, so I rang Clough Ibbotson hoping I would be able to arrange for an engineer to come on a call out. This was my first contact with the super Lady called Karen. Explained they did repairs etc. But I would have to go to the shop. She sorted out the best route to the shop and I got a lift. What a lovely young lady. Karen could see what was wrong and sorted it out. Great service. Thank you so much Karen and many thanks for your patience, very much appreciated. What a fantastic stationery shop. Folders, paper inks you name it they have it, also copying service. All at very reasonable prices. I will be having a day out again next time I need anything, I will not be ordering online anymore I will be going to Clough Ibbotson to see Karen and buy my goods from a lovely lady and not a faceless robot. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

   Get Your Prints Elsewhere This is the WORST print shop I've ever been to, I went into the shop to get some prints done for an art project, when I gave them the images that I needed printing they complained that the images were too large, even though all they had to do was to shrink them down to fit the page and they didn't even know how to do that. Then when I had one of the images printed they were supposedly having 'trouble' because they didn't/don't know how to use image editing software I cancelled the rest of my prints and walked out with one image black & white A4 image that they charged me 50p for, a complete and utter RIP OFF. I'd recommend that if people want their prints done support your local Library because they get your prints done and it'll be far cheaper.
