“After reading other posts I called to see if they could match my race bike colours, after I got a poor service at Halfords, i found all the staff at RRL couldn't of been more helpful and polite, they matched the colours almost exact, helped me save money mixing a finished gloss paint that doesn't require lacquer, all round a good place to get your spray paint finishes, I won't use any one else in the future.”

“Easy 5*. The owner took my car in on NYE when he wasn’t even supposed to be working. He was upfront with what the cost should roughly be, which matched my expectations. Danny and Ian were the mechanics who took on the big job of fixing my car and were very honest with any problems with my car. They were willing for me to pop into the garage if I wanted to see what they were doing and were happy to explain to me what they were doing and why and what different parts are for. They sounded more relieved than me when they could finally give me good news and have even told me to pop in for check ups on my car if I want. “Wow, fantastic range of beds. The owner is really friendly. I was convinced we were in for a hard sell as we were on our way out as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, but no - the owner was really helpful, pulled out loads of catalogs for us to look through as they have hundreds more beds than what are just on display. I showed him a picture of a fabric bed I saw in Next, and he showed us something similar in one of the catalogs. He then talked us through the options and that we could customise it to our specification, including the fabric from a massive range of swatches. Once we’d chosen exactly what it is we wanted, he went away to get us a quote. Whilst we were waiting, I was convinced it would be a mad price given we had customised the life out of the bed we’d chosen, but no, the price we were given for a fully customised frame was £200 cheaper than what Next we’re charging. And the frame we’d chosen was better quality (solid base instead of sprung slats). I can’t recommend this bed place enough!”

“I click and collected a Bosch rear windscreen wiper for my mini cooper at the Rotherham Barbot Hall branch, I went to collect it but unfortunately the wiper wasn't in stock, the gentleman (don't know his name) who served me just after 9am apologised but I said he didn't need to as it's no one's fault, just a system error, he got the wiper in for me a few hours later and refunded me the original price and gave it to me on trade. A huge thank you for this service, it is greatly appreciated!”
