“Wicked local shop, friendly staff, very good selection of fruit ciders!”

“Visited today with one of my little boys with a suspected ear infection, Pharmacist saw my little one in good time and diagnosed a slightly red inner ear that would have been causing discomfort, checked for any allergies and prescribed Amoxicillin - great result and in record time too! Whilst the first reaction is to call the doctors, it is definitely worthwhile taking the strain and stresses away by visiting your local Pharmacist, so thankful for this service and Pharmacist, especially at post 6pm when doctors are closed”

“First time I've visited the relocated shop. Much better that the previous store with lots of space . Very helpful staff. Only negative is the lighting is quite dark which makes it difficult to see clearly.”

“While I have always enjoyed shopping at the Coop I feel I must give an outstanding recommendation for all their efforts during Covid 19. The staff have always been pleasant but have gone above and beyond to give assistance to customers at this time. They maintain the covid restrictions imposed for our safety and theirs giving customers confidence to shop safely. The food remains fresh and good value . The store remains clean, well lit, and welcoming. Highly recommended.”

“I use this one 2-3 times per week for basics. Good selection. Occasionally an item with little choice, eg Cuppa soups (not that I have them often) they have just two flavours. Generally, good all rounder for food.”

I felt like an idiot as I couldn't work the coffee machine, the staff was so helpful and made sure I got the drink I wanted and assisted me with the self checkout all without making me feel foolish or embarrassed so a big thank you to the gentleman on duty”

“It's not a very big supermarket but has a good selection bread's, bread cake's and pastries.. fruit and veg in fact all provisions you would require, also selection of wines and spirits plus lager and beers. Opening times 8:00am too 8:00pm.”

“Excellent, customer service was outstanding when I was there! So one assumes that it is the same for everyone! I found all that I needed very quickly, the one item that I could not find I asked one of the workers there, he was going home as he had Finished, but he took me straight to where the item was!”

“I was a little bit dubious about it being a motorway hotel, and i was wrong. The hotel was bright and airy, the staff on reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and clean. There was a bath and shower Coffee and tea were available. The hotel was close enough to the services to have a walk there. I had taken the wrong charger for my phone. The receptionist was very helpful and let me borrow a charger. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. The hotel was busy but was quiet. Breakfast was available to purchase from the services. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.”

“Massive thank you to (forgive me if i spell his name wrong) but Walled in currys. You helped me and my brother today in the shop outstandingly and got us exactly what we wanted! Just wanted to also say to the whole of parkgate do better for your staff parking/safety, as whilst we was there was 16 year olds tried repeatedly (second day going) attempted to steal Walleds motorbike! Absolutely not on he is earning a living and he had to run out the shop to get his bike back. Someone else’s bike was also tampered with and just dumped on the floor. Takes the mick and staff should be supported appropriately and provided safer facilities to park up without bother. The fact this is 2 days running is appalling.”
