   In August I ordered a blazer for my daughter because they don’t have her size in store. Completely fine. 3 weeks later i get an email to say that it is ready to pick up. About 30 minutes after i get another email to say i picked up her blazer. Two days later i go into the shop to pick up her blazer and they can’t find it. Turns out they gave it to someone else and they didn’t ask for any proof of email or order number. Then i had to wait another week for it to come and had to pay for shipping when i did manage to get it sent. Quality is amazing but my daughter had to use her old blazer for a few days because they didn’t have mine ready.

   Avoid..PE top purchased end of September. Had receipt for proof of purchase. All stitching coming undone on the top. Offered to stitch it back together but no exchange. I will need uniform for my 2 daughters for the next 5 years but I wont buy anything from here ever again. Poor quality garments and poor customer service.

   Ordered online when it arrived the shirt didn’t fit my daughter so returned them for a refund they wouldn’t refund the item as it had been opened, how can you check a shirt is ok if you don’t try it on and after the phone call with the shop I googled and found as they were bought online UK distance selling laws apply you have 14 days to return the item from date of delivery and are entitled to a full refund even if the item had been tried on. So they are breaking the law by not giving a refund as UK law override any shop policy

   Avoid this place at all costs, 3 weeks for an extortionate priced top to be delivered I paid £6 delivery and they send it the cheapest they can to get the most profit!! Not to mention Rubbish quality. - won’t be delivered in time for school even with a 3 week notice! The embroidery is atrocious

   Not knocking the staff , they’re great , however I do object to having to get all my sons uniform from here, the school forces parents into buying uniform with the school logo , the same items without the logos can be bought at half the price from places like Asda. The school is obviously getting a back hander,

   Visited the crystal peaks store today and the service was amazing. Luke helped us pick out all the uniform we needed and made sure all the sizing was correct before we left. He is an asset to the store. Will definitely return here.

   First time I've visited the relocated shop. Much better that the previous store with lots of space . Very helpful staff. Only negative is the lighting is quite dark which makes it difficult to see clearly.
