Just been served by the rudest checkout operator I've had my misfortune to have come across. I usually go out of my way to not get served by her as she seems to be in a persistent bad mood but today had no choice, and she lived up to my expectations.

Should be 0 stars but won’t let me. I Would like to say thank you to the bloke serving me today for staring at me while I waited in the cue behind another gentleman to get served, then once I put my items down on the counter he proceeded to scan a woman and two children’s food who had pushed in front instead. When I confronted the check out assistant on what the hell had just happened he said she was here first! Great customer service pal will never shop there again
Very rude man serving. After not charging me the cheaper price because he didn’t scan my coop card he talked about me loudly with another customer whilst I was getting a refund from the very well mannered supervisor. This man really needs a non customer facing job.
Very grateful to the team that work there. They do so much for my mother when I take her shopping. Thank you very much.
Local co op store with everything you may need. Quite a big shop. Nice staff and well stocked shelves.
Carnt believe how rude the man which i believe is the new manager actually was, i literally put my dog (tiny chihuahua) on the floor for 2 seconds so i could pick a box of lager up. He come marching over to tell me off, accused me of swearing at him (i definitely did not) and then threatened to ring the police if i didnt get out. In front of a busyish shop it was quite embarrassing. the new managerial role has clearly gone to his head and im really glad the co op is no longer my local shop so i hopefully dont have to endure anything like that again. The women on the tills was absolutely lovely thankfully. Ill also be sending a much strongly worded letter to the head office about this incident!
Things are bit more pricey than you'd like but its what you'd expect from a local late night store. Great for an emergency shop and even better if it's the only place you can go for your essentials because that means we're a foot deep in snow - and I love snow ⛄❄
