It's not a good look to say your business is open until 10:30 when in reality you close up shop well before 9:30.
I occasionally use this store when no other store is open but the attitude of the guy at the counter is absolutely shocking. He is ever so rude, he doesn't talk to you and when he does it's just complete vile coming out of his mouth. He acts like you walked in to bother him and doesn't even offer to help with anything.Completely disgusted by this shop. I will never use this store again even if it's the last shop available. I do not even advise anybody to go there. Better spend your money elsewhere.
I came to this shop last week, they were very rude and unprofessional. No basic manners from the guy at the counter. I will definitely not come back to this store again and do not recommend it to anyone. Better spend your money elsewhere. Stay off.
Only issue I’ve had on several occasions, is that their opening times published on Google, don’t match reality! Several times now, I’ve got to the store well before 10pm and they have been closed, but on Google, it states they are open until 10:30pm Tonight, I was there at 9:43pm and the shop was shut! Please amend your opening times accordingly! I’m fed up now of having wasted journeys to the shop to find it shut!

Poor attitude to Hermes customers. The guy behind the till yapped 'bring it here, give it to him, no - here first.' I don't think they like people asking for a receipt - 'it's not going anywhere etc'. I was told it would cost me £10 etc, i.e. standard low-grade anti-customer surliness. I was was left wondering why they choose to do it if they hate Hermes so much, and lacking confidence in their overall professionalism - but the Hermes tracker now shows that they've got it so hopefully all's well that ends well. FYI There are other Hermes outlets in the area.
Opens late, has a good selection of drink, staff are friendly, prices aren't bad and has what you'd expect from a convenience shop.
Great selection of beers and ciders, called to see if something was in stock and was pleased with the conversation over the phone. 1st class.
