They can never find my parcels. Even turned me away when I had a collection barcode and proof of delivery from APC with a photo of the packet inside the shop. Will never have parcels shipped here again. Absolute joke.
Parcel delivered here from Royal Mail. Shop keeper told me initially that they don't accept Royal Mail parcels! My tracking showed a picture showing a big pile of parcels, so I don't know where this came from! Guy tried to send me to another place to pick up my parcel. It was only when I showed him my Royal Mail tracking (which didn't show a full address but showed a pin) my eBay order AND my ID that I was given my parcel. Something seems dodgy to me. I don't get why he told me they don't accept Royal Mail parcels, when clearly they do! Be very wary and make sure you have your tracking details to hand.
Refused to accept a DPD parcel, despite being listed on the DPD website as an approved drop-off location for that specific delivery. They complained about the weight, even though it was within the limits set by DPD, a courier they have a contract with. Doesn’t make sense, does it? They wasted my time, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using them for anything. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority for them.
Do not trust the opening times even more so for Amazon parcels. I paid for next day delivery to that store as wasn't sure time I'd be home shop closed at 8 but advertise as 10pm. The shop also sells multi pack products as single items wrong in its self
Do not trust opening times especially if you've either just finished a night shift or just starting your job it states weekdays open 6am-10pm I just finished my nightshift and waited from 6am for an hour and ended up going next door to morrisons which doesn't open till 7am
never attempt to deal with parcels here if you have to it sounds a nightmare and shop was closed at 20 to 9 when it states online and on the shop that it closes at 10pm. i had a parcel i needed delivering straight away n i cant now
I previously left a bad review because I was under the impression they were refusing parcels. Turns out it’s Hermes,,, surprise surprise! Hermes suck! The guy in the store is a very polite decent guy. But should sort that phone out;)
