Excellent, customer service was outstanding when I was there! So one assumes that it is the same for everyone! I found all that I needed very quickly, the one item that I could not find I asked one of the workers there, he was going home as he had Finished, but he took me straight to where the item was!
A great range for a small supermarket. Convenient to walk to if I've run out of something. Fruit and veg range is a bit too limited for me sometimes but usually has what I need.
Selling products but completely unaware on company policy. Company policy was 3 bottles per flavour (5 total for maximum 15 bottles). Told by one staff member there was no limit but don’t be silly with it so I proceeded to grab 6 of one flavour and and 3 of two other flavours. A manager wearing nothing company related but a headset (the only reason why I thought she might of worked in this store) came over and said you’re only allowed 3 of those in an aggressive manner. After saying “no worries, lady behind the checkout said I can have as many as I want but I’ll put 3 of those back”, she said “no you’re only allowed 3 bottles total”. Upon informing her of the policy stated by Tesco Head Office, she scoffed and walked away and eventually removed the 3 extra ones. I proceeded to go grab my entitled 3 bottles of a different flavour (12 total out of a head office published limit of 15) and she proceeds to follow me. When I head outside she is seen to be smoking right outside the front door (as mentioned by a previous reviewer) and staring at me. My partner went in to go and grab her own drinks after I told her they have them in stock, and she was completely discriminated against. Followed around the store, saying we are both the same customer despite having a completely different appearance and different gender and even a different credit card. Completely unprofessional and when my partner asked for the persons name, she wouldn’t provide it but just said to all the staff behind the checkouts not to serve her. It makes no sense because there wasn’t even any signage out saying that the product was limited. If you want to enforce a limit, train your staff well enough to tell customers there’s a limit and put it out where the products are. Head office (and social media communications) confirmed limits per customer were higher than the headset imposter’s own impressions. Normally Tesco are pretty decent, but this one is absolutely horrendous. Run by fairly decent staff except from the hitler impressionist in charge. I’m sure you’ll be able to tell who it is from a far if you decide to step foot in there.
Charged me 5.50 for something that costed 4:75 and it was 4:75 bc i had a calculator thanks also my friend tried paying for a 65p donut but when scanning it wouldn't work so the lady told her to scan her 1.25 chocolate bar as a subsitute, what?? Ridiculous and there wqs only one person working at the tills, fuming. Rather walk to big tesco than that place and the big tesco is atleast 2hr to walk. Aftually stupid

Parking hurrendous. Staff are nice but rarely on tills and expect you to use self service machine but people like me struggle.
I saw 4 staff members on 3 women and 1 man the older women who checked me out was very professional and by the book however the other 2 females were very unprofessional and spent more than 10 minutes talking on one isle making me feel extremely uncomfortable and then they both proceeded to leave the isle and go and talk to the young male worker and the older female worker where the 2 younger females and the 1 young male proceeded to act like children and babboons by making silly noises and giving me dirty looks they made the job and store a place for foolery and made it a child's playground if I ever go in and they are on I will be walking straight out and taking my money elsewhere as this is completely unacceptable.
Queueing to pay with cash with 1 staff behind counter. Self checkout sits idle as card only. Stupidity at its finest
Security. ...first-time here, my partner was subjectively discriminated against for walking the isles wearing a baseball cap. Most positive the alarm upon exiting was raised purposely (we'd seen him holding out on us) unlikely, will we do a one stop visit for milk again. Ironic to say the least because my partner did Security for a living at a short time.
