   I’m in a committed relationship with Matalan. The kind where you pop in for “just socks” and leave dressed like a competent adult who also has matching cushions. The quality? Surprisingly sturdy. The prices? So friendly they practically high five your wallet. I’ve seen the bad reviews. Honestly, some folks act like they expected a butler and a red carpet with their £8 cardigan. Meanwhile, I’m over here casually restocking my wardrobe, my bath towels, and my will to live—all without needing to pawn my air fryer.

   Shop here quite alot but today wasn't a good experience, I came across a very rude staff member who wasn't happy that I was paying cash then asked me for an email which I havent got in use and she was very sarcastic about this then continued to shout to me as I walked out of the store. I have complained too the manager and she deserves to be sacked. Will be using a different store from now on.

   The shop was clean and tidy, there was only one person on the tills at the cash only side I didn't see any one on the the card only tills. I only went in to collect an item that I paid £9 for and was shocked to see the price tag on it was for £6. I have messages customer service but the issue isn't resolved yet

   Good products but terrible service at the tills always. Big beliver in self serve but sort out the queues for people with click and collect. Never more than one person on dealing with returns, cash sales and click and collect. Really not acceptable service in this day and age.

   Large store selling a range of children's, men's and women's clothes. Has a baby section and caters for very small babies. Has a range of household goods ,bedding, towels etc. Sells cases and things for the garden . Bit of a queue to get out as only one till open the rest were self service which was a bit of a pain.
