   It's my local very friendly service always busy disabled friendly ample parking nice staff to help you I'm a coop card holder so I get discount with coop labelled packaging good for bargains always knock down or multi deals got online and delivery think thro uber and parcels online are delivered and pick up with WiFi also tea and coffee machine available inside fresh fruits and flowers most things available cash and card also

   Prices on shelf are different at checkout. Baught non stick parchment paper, clingfilm and 2 monsters. Should have been £8 got charged £8.10. Couldn't be bothered over 10p.

   After making an order that the store got wrong AND charged me wrong I rang to talk to the manager at the store who was extremely rude and ask if could go into store after me saying I'd made an order for delivery due to be disabled his attitude was very rude and condescending. Coop do better for your disabled customers. Maybe some Re training for mangment on how not to be so flippent wouldn't go a miss. I'll be using spar at the onix from now on.

   While I have always enjoyed shopping at the Coop I feel I must give an outstanding recommendation for all their efforts during Covid 19. The staff have always been pleasant but have gone above and beyond to give assistance to customers at this time. They maintain the covid restrictions imposed for our safety and theirs giving customers confidence to shop safely. The food remains fresh and good value . The store remains clean, well lit, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

   Tracy is very helpful in the branch as well as all other team members. Always smiling and polite. The store is always clean and tidy and well stocked up. Bakery always fresh too. The covid 1 way system is good and well labelled. They also now have safety dividers at checkouts and the till upgrades are good and fast. Especially the membership scanner under the pinpad allows you to scan your members card. Also they have raised the contactless payment limit as part of covid measures.
