   Cath approached us when we entered the Rotherham store, introduced herself and let us know she was available to help us if we needed assistance. Boy oh boy did we need her help. She asked what we needed and apart from 2 single ottoman beds for the spare bedroom we had no idea. She offered us both drinks and was so helpful showing us a few different ones. We chose the bases and followed her advice choosing firm mattresses. My husband then asked if we could look at ottoman bases in king size beds, explaining that we could do with a new mattress for our king size bed. It was clear we had no idea what we needed. She explained the sleep match machine and how it suggested suitable mattresses for a comfortable night, and set the sleep match bed for us to lay on. She explained how the mattress would feel under our bodies as it mapped our bodies. Amazing. Cath then suggested a few mattresses to sit and lay on to find our preference. It was a no brainer, we loved the Tempur firm option. We then discussed bases and explained we would like a good quality ottoman base if possible. One of the ones she showed us with storage could have a sleep system with 2 separate mattresses on it, that were adjustable. Absolutely what we realised we wanted, but hadn't known it existed. She explained all the positions it could be adjusted to, mattress options available for the adjustable ones and that there was a 100 night trial in which we could change the mattress if it wasn't suitable. We had no intention of buying a bed for ourselves, but we were so happy with the service and the spend more, save more deal we decided to go ahead and buy all 3. Cath then explained the insurance to cover the items for 8 years, offered an assembly service, removal and recycling of old beds and mattresses, cost of mattress protectors, we added to the order, and gave us the total cost. It was a good deal. We chose the delivery date, paid a deposit and were asked to choose 2 new Tempur pillows, free of charge to take with us today. Absolutely brilliant service. She is a credit to your company. Not pushy, just really helpful and knowledgeable.

   Lovely experience at Dreams in Rotherham great eastern retail park today. We were served by John who was wonderful and patient with us, he spent over an hour with us finding the right mattress for us! Amazing customer service- shout out to Cath and Anita who were also lovely

   Hello, I'm Deboras Mum , Debbie is so happy with her new bed . From first going to the show rooms c in Rotherham Deb was treated very nicely The staff took the time to explain about different qualities of mattress to myself and also Debbie as Deb doesn't understand . The men who delivered the bed were very understanding Debbie's carers said they were so good with her so I would like to say a big thank you to them. . we have had four beds from Dreams and I would no go anywhere else now . So to the Dreams team I would like to sua big thank you xx

   Me and my mum took a visit into the store today. Very desperately needed a new bed and new mattress for a while. We found out last week the springs have ripped straight through the mattress so a new one is very much needed as well as a new bed frame. We were straight away greeted by John when we walked in, extremely friendly and very helpful, he even offered us both a hot drink. He took his time and was patient helping me find the perfect type of mattress I needed for my own comfort and went into detail about different options, as well as different options on bed frames and pillows. Walked out of the store with a smile on my face, full bed bought, came out with a few pillows ready for when the bed arrives and an amazing deal on everything else included! Amazing price! John, you were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your help!

   We visited the store Today to complete on a bed, what a pleasure it was dealing with John. Very inviting friendly guy dreams are extremely lucky to have a guy working for them like that and is an asset to the team. Talked us through eveything 5 stars from us and will be returning!!!

   Their own brand "side sleeper" medium memory foam pocket mattress gave me sore hips and back. I slept terribly on it, it's way too firm to be a medium. The meagre amount of memory foam on top does not give any comfort and the springs feel too hard also. Note.. I did email you and you offered me ten percent off a new mattress wow how very kind. I wouldn't need one if the one you sold me was right in the first place.
