   I got my phone repaired at SmartFix in Dalton and they did an amazing job. My battery was dying constantly and the phone kept shutting off, but after the repair it works like new again. The technician was honest, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was fair and there were no surprises. If you need your phone fixing, I 100% recommend SmartFix. They actually get the job done properly.

   I took an iPhone11 down to Smart Fix this morning as it wasn't picking up a network. After a few minutes of trying a couple of things (and with me pricing up new phones) it was fixed! Fantastic, knowledgeable service and to say the cost was reasonable is an understatement. I can recommend this shop 100%.

   One of the the nicest people you will meet with a service to match dropped my iPhone in at 12pm dead as a door nail after dropping it, 26 years of info numbers etc all gone not backed up to iCloud explained to him what had happened 4 hours later back working all my data back what a guy!!!! Would I recommend? God yes !!! Top class service no sending it away in a prepaid envelope no queuing at Apple shop just instant service with top results.

   Initially the service here was really great, I was given two options/prices for the repair i required and went for the cheaper one (wasn't advised at this point of any risks that came with having a screen repaired). The part did take a little longer to arrive and I had to call to check up on this as i hadn't heard anything on the day i was advised Initially that my item would be sorted but was told it would be the day after which was fine. Upon collection of my item (Amazon fire tablet) the guy who does the repairs wasn't there it was a lady, in a rush she handed me the tablet and I paid and she walked away. I thought then this was strange service and hung around for a minutes to have a look over the screen and the tablet and noticed that all around the screen on the plastic part, there was so many little dents and bits of plastic appeared to be chipped off. Me and my husband both agreed this looked like it was from the tools that had been used to get the origional cracked screen off. I said to the lady in the shop that i really wasn't happy with the repair and asked what had happened to the plastic around the screen? She then rang the guy who does the repairs who said that it is because I had choosen the cheaper screen to replace the cracked one and because its the cheaper one it doesn't sit flush like the original!!!!! Personally I think this is total rubbish and I would have rather they be honest and say what exactly had happened ornhad i been told this when i initially brought it in i would have definitely gone for the more expensive screen. Also there 100% should be something in writing and discussed with every customer for instances like this, where items may be damaged or screens not sitting flush so that custom are aware of risks. We were given the item repair for free in the end. This is absolutely not what I wanted to happen, i am more than happy to pay for a service but given we now have a tablet that is cracked and dented with no other alternative options we took it but can certainly say we WILL NOT USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!!!
