   I was incredibly happy with the services provided to me by the cash shop as the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from both of the cashier’s. I cashed in my cheque easily and the cashier, she was very fast and also was very welcoming as she was making me and my girlfriend laugh. The process was quick and easy and I would highly recommend using cash shop to send and receive money as I had such a warm welcome, quick and easy process.

   First time to cash a cheque, called ahead to make sure they had enough money to pay for the cheque, they said yes come down got there 20 mins later arrived and found the staff arguing with customers at the shop very unprofessional manner i waited till the argument had finished, gave all the correct ID checks but they have already wasted 30 mins of my time ringing the cheque company to verify the cheque is genuine after that i was told there isnt enough cash to pay and i woulf have to come back 4 days later to collect the cash, they wanted to charge 135, but can't even present the full amount on the day so i decided to open a bank account and. Put it in takes 3 days avoid this place would not recommend it waste your time and wont give your full money. 0 stars from me unfortunately because i did call in advance. You could have told me over the phone not enough cash i wouldn't have gone or left a bad review. Not never go here again.

   No point in making complaints. The branch manager is very unprofessional and makes inappropriate jokes, which really emotionally distressed me. I made a complaint, but even the Sheffield Area Manager denied the incident. They will not take any action to fix the injustice. After finding out what sort of people work here, I even feel unsafe that I had given them my address, name and phone number as a requirement for a transaction. I definitely regret coming to this shop. It's best to go somewhere else. There are similar businesses nearby.
